We will provide your full website files for migration to another hosting provider. We would be sad to see you go, as our aim is to continue supporting you with uninterrupted service and to spare you the admin and uncertainty that can come with reconfiguring your site on a new server with a new provider. Our websites are built in PHP and can be transferred to another provider, and we will supply all the necessary files to ensure a smooth handover.

Considering Moving Your Hosting Elsewhere?
You are welcome to move your website to another provider, and we will supply your website files at no cost. However, having been with you from the very beginning, we would be genuinely sad to see you go.
A few points to keep in mind:
- Your site is currently configured for our servers, so any external provider will need to reconfigure the website during migration. The site is built using PHP so is widely accepted on most website servers.
- If you move away, we will no longer be able to support you with our Concierge Website Update Service. This service is unique in our industry, offering pay-as-you-go updates without tying you into monthly support contracts, unlike most providers.
- External hosting quality varies, which may affect speed, reliability, or performance depending on the provider so please check this.
If you find it simpler and more cost effective to remain with us, we would be very happy to continue supporting you. If you prefer to move your hosting elsewhere, you can request your files using the button in Option 3. However, if you do choose to move, you have our full support. If you need more flexibility with the date, please let us know as soon as possible.
